Burmese military appointed Prime Minister General Thein Sein was supposed to visit to China today, Burmese NLM said. He would discuss and learn the Chineses' economic development and other bilateral issues with China. He is accompanied by many businessmen and government officials, report said.

However, source close to regime said that he'd also explain about current political development. He would prioritize why SPDC could not review the new constitution objected by NLD and most of the ethnic ceasefire groups and democratic camps.

Regarding the source, he would express the regime's conducting the inclusiveness of all ethnic and political stakeholders in the process.

He might likely to debrief offering ceasefire talks with KNU, the oldest civil war opponent from the central government. The SPDC is opening the door for the NLD to join in the 2010 election, but he has no agenda of freeing Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and political prisoners with Chinese leaders, source quoted. Ethnic ceasefire groups believed to send to the Chinese leaders that ethnic could not accept the regime's new constitution which military meant to maintain a power and have no ethnic rights.
