Intelligence: Burma looked terrible

Regime could only provide electricity to the rest of the people from six to eight hours a day in Rangoon, said diplomat who visited Burma recently. "Under this situation, Burma may not have any economic development or country's needs." said a diplomat who visited Burma recently.

"Naypyidaw seemed to me after tourist hour of Hollywood Studio, just having quiet buildings, widen roads, flashing signal lights but no cars and street lights but no lively town. This is not country needs to have a new capital, just for show to whom?" he questioned.


He refused to discuss about senior general Than Shwe but he said why senior general has this kind of ill intention. He witnessed people's way of living and felt that SPDC might be losing a power if generals couldn't improve the economy. He does not understand senior general's stone face that he witnessed.
