Burma Navy was ordered to dispatch three warships to the cost of Irrawaddy delta, report saying. The navy warship groups included two Chinese made Luyang class destroyers (four engines and eight missiles mounted each starboard and port sides) and one frigate originally from Eastern Europe.
However, three warships seem to be non-hostile mode or ready to defend any intruders, these three are anchoring offshore of delta, report said.
Regime also issued the regulation against humanitarian assistance functions by individuals and organizations this evening. The offenders would face legal punishment if any individuals and organizations doing without prior notice to the authorities, MRTV repeated. But this restriction is mainly targeting NLD and other business individuals who did not want to cooperate with regime.
